Organic Spanish almonds without peel. Blanched and ready to use, without the hassle of peeling them.

The almonds can be eaten as they are, roasted in the oven with salt or used in all kinds of desserts.

The organic almonds I have chosen come from Chirlata Farm in the south of Spain. It is a family-owned country house, where Olga and Paco took over an almond farm, which their daughter Elena now runs. Their production is uncompromising in terms of quality and respect for nature, which means it is free from chemicals, pesticides and artificial fertilizers, and where they take pride in protecting the local biodiversity. These are some absolutely fantastic people with the highest quality almonds, so of course they were the ones I chose for my ricepudding.
