You can order your goods online and pay with MobilePay, Dankort, Visa or Mastercard. The money will be withdrawn from your account when the goods are sent from the warehouse.
All prices shown on the website are incl. Danish VAT and other local taxes. The price at the time of ordering is the current price for the purchase. If you order internationally, you are subject to any local VAT rules.
Rie's Originale / Above the Salt reserves the right for printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes.
Your order is complete when your payment is approved and your screen shows a receipt. You are then bound by your order (however, see below under "right of cancellation"), and you will subsequently receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery:
We ship your order within 1-3 business days for DK shipments. There is typically day-to-day delivery. This means that the package is sent to you in your local area and that you have the opportunity to collect the package yourself when it suits you. You will receive a SMS as soon as the package is ready for collection.
It is not possible to collect the package from the warehouse.
Return and right of withdrawal:
When you shop at www.kirsebaersauce.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next weekday.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email and notify us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
After receipt, you must only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and way in which they function.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they function.
If the item has been opened in addition to what is described above, we regard it as "used", which means that if you cancel the purchase, you cannot get the purchase amount back. We consider used goods to be of no commercial value.
When it is a pure return/exchange item, the cost of the return will fall to you - we will pay in return for the new exchanged item to be sent back to you.
You bear the risk for the goods from the delivery of the goods, and upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed.
You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this at the same time.
No packages sent per cash on delivery is accepted.
Complains:
Naturally, a 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the applicable sales law. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
Damage to goods as a result of mishandling on the part of the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to Rie's Originale within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
We need the following information when returning items. Please inform us of the issue in as much detail as possible.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.

You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. How this is done depends on your browser.

We do not resell personal information. These are registered in our customer register. You can have your information deleted at any time, if this is desired.
We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the product to you correctly.
