Chocolate marzipan ice cream is my absolute favorite. It has just unfortunately disappeared from most supermarket ranges, and that is a huge mistake.
The ice cream shop, Ismageriet, has a pretty good version that I love. It is with marzipan and pistachio, and you can buy it here .
My version here has both marzipan, chocolate, cherry sauce and roasted almonds. It tastes fantastic! You can make the ice cream yourself if you are up to it. But here I have made the easy version, so I have bought a Hansen Vaniljeis , and then mixed it with the ingredients.
